Our clinic provides primary care along with many other services and connections to resources to help you overcome the barriers you may be facing. The Community Medicine Clinic offers:

  • Financial counseling for assistance with insurance and options 
  • 24/7 nurse support to help determine best place of care and find transportation assistance, if needed 
  • LGBTQIA+ Safe and affirming care 
  • Care team including providers, care managers and mental health specialists 
  • Walk-in hours (so you can avoid the emergency department)

Virtual Primary Care (18+)

More doctor’s appointments, more prescriptions and more things to worry about. Advanced Primary Care includes more services like:

  • Pharmacists for help with medication management and financial assistance 
  • 24/7 support, same day appointments and walk-ins welcome 

Consider Advanced Primary Care if you are 64+ and need more help to manage your health.

While Advanced Primary Care does accept most insurance plans, currently we are only accepting new patients with Priority Health.

Concierge medicine (annual fee)

Concierge medicine is a membership-based practice that charges an annual fee for: 

  • 24/7 provider access 
  • Longer appointments 
  • Quarterly check-in calls 
  • Guaranteed same-day appointments 
  • On-site lab and fast test results 
  • Executive physicals, which includes a full range of tests not included in a traditional physical (additional fee)
Residency clinics (Downtown Grand Rapids & Greenville)

Residents are physicians that have received their medical degree and are going through additional training in a particular specialty. Residents work under the guidance of a supervising physician and provide direct patient care including diagnosing, treating and managing complex health issues or injuries. Going to a residency clinic is just like going to a standard primary care office and includes: 

  • Full care team with behavioral health, care management, social work and advanced practice providers 
  • Virtual or in-person appointments 
  • 24/7 nurse support 
  • LGBTQIA+ safe and affirming providers 
  • Preventive care and management of ongoing (chronic) health needs 

In addition, residents often have more appointment availability and are able to spend more time with patients.
