Neurodevelopmental pediatrics

The neurodevelopmental pediatrics team of the Gerber Center for Infant Development and Nutrition exists to serve the often complex needs of high risk graduates of the neonatal intensive care unit and those who have undergone early or complex heart surgeries, as well as young children with similar issues related to feeding and development. Our highly trained and experienced interdisciplinary team consisting of physician specialists, nurse practitioners, a dietitian and social worker, work closely with families, other specialists and the child’s medical home, leveraging community resources as indicated, to help ensure the best possible outcome for our patients.
